About Tuhaye
Tuhaye sits on the plateau overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir off SR-248, about 8 to 9 miles east of Park City, with Kamas addresses. It’s a guard-gated community of roughly 2,000 acres and the main residential neighborhood of the Talisker Club, which Storied Development has owned since 2018.
- Club: Talisker Club membership and fees are mandatory for owners. One membership covers Tuhaye, a ski-in/ski-out clubhouse at Empire Pass in Deer Valley, a Main Street club space, and the Outpost, a backcountry yurt.
- Golf: an 18-hole Mark O’Meara Signature course, plus The Ridge, a 9-hole par-3 course, and an 18-hole putting course.
- Base Camp: spa, fitness, cafe, pools and a waterslide, tennis and pickleball, trails and a Nordic track.
Homes in Tuhaye
Tuhaye offers custom homes on homesites from about 1 to 15+ acres, along with newer residences such as the Residences at Indi Ridge and Moondance. Only a limited number of homesites remain.
What buyers and sellers should know
Talisker Club dues come on top of HOA dues, so price both. Tuhaye itself isn’t ski-in/ski-out; members ski from the Empire Pass clubhouse.
