Gian was a truly master class. He answered all of our questions, really checked out homes as we toured them to let us know what kinds of expenses he could potentially see us having to deal with upfront, he was well versed in the rental market which helped a ton when choosing our property with a basement rental, and he was extremely prompt with paperwork and communications. We were telling our friends and family (who have all gone through the home-buying process) about our home-buying experience and they were all amazed at the team we had behind us, telling us how lucky we were to be working with such a go-getter agent. Gian was also just a real joy to work with and made the whole process really fun. I cannot recommend Gian enough and we will definitely be using him again for future purchases.

The experience was a breath of fresh air. It was less stressful than I thought. He was very positive and always looked for multiple solutions. He never saw things as problems. His positive outlook and optimistic take, fueled me when I was not seeing the light. I definitely will use him in future business and highly recommend him. My situation was very unique and he helped me find a way in a time things looked gloomy. He was able to get me what I wanted as a buyer. There is not impossible with Gian, just a different way to look at it or go about.

Gian was THE best. He was a great listener and really understood what we were looking for and helped us find exactly that. He was very in tune with the market which was tricky and very competitive. His offer suggestions were always very competitive and yet also realistic, understanding our capacity as buyers and working within our limits. He also had a great eye for value and was spot on in his estimation of eventual sales prices. Despite the very stressful time in the market to be buyers and the lightening speed at which things needed to progress, Gian was a tremendous partner and problem solver, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the process of touring properties with him!

Gian was great to work with when it came to listing and selling our home. He held multiple open houses, was in regular communication throughout the entire process, and provided recommendations on how to move forward with it came to list price, offer acceptances, etc. He's a hard worker, is very very driven and will work hard to get you as much as he can for your home. I highly recommend him when it comes to selling (or buying) your home!
