About Marcella
Marcella is a private, residents-only club tied to two communities in Wasatch County, plus a club space on Main Street. Marcella at Deer Valley (formerly Marcella Mountain) is a gated ski-in/ski-out neighborhood within the East Village area, with Park City addresses. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is the golf side, on ridges above the Heber Valley, with Heber City addresses. Marcella has its own developers, separate from East Village developer Extell.
- Membership: you must buy real estate in a Marcella community, then apply. The membership deposit is separate from the purchase price. As of mid-2026, full golf-and-ski memberships were sold out and ski-only memberships were still available.
- Skiing: homesites ski in and out to Deer Valley’s East Village terrain. A members-only Marcella Lodge designed by Olson Kundig is under construction.
- Golf: Skyline, the first mountain course from Tiger Woods’ TGR Design, soft-opened for members in July 2026, with a full opening targeted for 2027. A second course, Ambush, by King Collins Dormer, is under construction.
Homes in Marcella
All 144 estate homesites at Marcella at Deer Valley have sold, so new opportunities there are mostly resales and Marcella Landing, 50 townhomes designed by Olson Kundig. Homesites are also offered at Jordanelle Ridge.
What buyers and sellers should know
Homesites carry a 30-day rental minimum; Marcella Landing is the only Marcella product that allows nightly rentals. Not every Jordanelle Ridge home comes with Marcella eligibility, so verify each parcel. Expect HOA dues plus club dues, and an active construction area for the next few years.
