What buyers and sellers should know
This area is in Summit County rather than Park City limits, so zoning, nightly rental rules and HOA restrictions differ from in-town neighborhoods. New development continues to shape the area, so it’s worth knowing what’s planned nearby. See also our Jeremy Ranch & Pinebrook and Park City guides.
