Buying or selling in Park City: what to know
Park City is one of Utah’s highest-priced markets, and prices vary enormously by neighborhood, ski access and view. Nightly rental rules differ by zone and HOA, which matters a lot to second-home and investment buyers. Park City is also updating parts of its land-use code, including fire-wise exterior and landscaping rules, so it is worth checking how changes affect a specific property before you buy, build or list.
Gian has lived in both Park City and Salt Lake City and owns and manages rental properties himself, so he can walk you through the numbers on a primary home, a second home or an investment.
