Yalecrest sits on Salt Lake City’s east bench, roughly between 800 South and 1300 South, from about 1300 East to 1900 East. Most of its streets carry university names like Yale, Harvard and Princeton, and most homes date from the 1910s through the 1930s. The neighborhood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and parts of it also fall under local historic district rules.
